Modification of Imported Asphalt Mixing Plant Dust Collector

Abstract：The existing problems of imported asphalt mixing plant dust collector are analyzed, the measurements of modification are presented, the technology process and dust collector diagram, several problems for attention are given. According to the practical application, the modified dust collector are proved that it has better effect.

　　1　概述
　　　　LT1200型摊铺机是交通部“九五”重点科技攻关项目，由西安筑路机械厂研制开发。该机除摊铺沥青混凝土外，还能摊铺稳定土或RCC料，最大摊辅宽度12 m，最大摊铺厚度300 mm，是多用途、大宽度、大厚度、高效率、技术性能先进的大型路面施工机械。
　　　　该机总体方案设计中，特别注重遵循摊铺机浮动摊铺工作原理，考虑到在摊铺作业时发动机、行走机构、输料机构、夯实机构、辅助机构之间既相互联系，又相互制约的关系，正确地选择设计技术参数、整机结构形式、传动路线和部件构造，并保证它们之间合理的匹配及协调动作，从而使该机有很高的技术经济指标。
