K型间隙方钢管桁架静力工作性能的有限元分析

摘 要:为了研究直接焊接K型间隙方钢管平面桁架静力工作性能,对4榀直接焊接K型间隙方钢管桁架进行了非线性有限元分析.采用有限元分析软件ANSYS程序中的4节点板壳单元对桁架进行弹塑性、大挠度有限元分析;不仅跟踪了桁架荷载-位移曲线的全过程,而且分析了桁架节点部分的变形和塑性发展情况;建立了铰接桁架模型、刚接桁架模型、壳单元桁架模型及考虑焊缝的壳单元桁架模型4个桁架模型;比较了设计荷载作用下4个不同桁架模型的腹杆和弦杆的轴向力,以及标准荷载作用下这4个不同桁架模型的整体刚度.
