摘　要：项目查新时,科技要点的撰写及查新点的提炼对科研项目的立项、评审和鉴定影响很大,已引起科技人员的重视.论述了科技要点撰写及查新点提炼的基本原则,介绍了最常用的立项查新、成果查新和专利查新等三类项目查新的科技要点撰写内容及查新点提炼技巧.根据不同的查新目的,通过实际案例,详细介绍了项目查新时科技要点的撰写、查新点的提炼和查新要求,为科技人员进行项目查新时提供帮助.
