公路施工组织网络资源优化的启发式算法

摘　要：对于工期限定、资源均衡和资源有限、工期最短的2种资源约束情况，分别提出了逐步调优法和资源分配法2种启发式算法。在工期限定、资源均衡中，通过利用平衡性指标变动公式计算非关键工序的ΔHR值作为工序能否进行移动的判定界限，且应用平衡性指标HR作为网络计划实现优化的定量指标。在资源有限、工期最短中，通过计算每道工序的优先系数Pij，按其值由大到小作为各工序调整的优先准则，从而合理安排各工序的开始时间，以保证实现网络的资源优化。

Abstract：In the course of network resource optimization for highway construction,two heuristic algorithms,progress adjustment method and resource allocation method,are presented to solve two kinds of problems which are time limited-resource balanced and resource limited-time minimal.To the time limited-resource balanced problem,the value of all non-critical activities' ΔH_R is calculated by the balanced index's alteration formula to decide whether these activities can be move,and the balanced index H_R can be takes as the qualitative standard to realize the network optimization.To the resource limited-time minimal problem,the priority coefficient is calculated as a rule to decide the each activity 's starting time.The priority coefficient is higher,the activity is arranged earlier.The two heuristic algorithms can arrange the activity more rational and achieve the network planing optimum.
