向西安调水对原受益区生态环境影响研究

摘　要：以黑河下游平原区为例，研究了向西安市区调水对原受益区生态环境的影响是显著的，影响的主要形式是造成地下水位在长时间里、大范围内的大幅度下降，可能使大范围内潜水井出现吊泵现象，增加取水费用，地下水溢出带将向更下游方向推进，因而导致推进区范围内的生态环境发生改变。

Abstract：On the basis of the information of the downriver plain of Heihe river, it is proved that the ecological environment effect of original benefited area is obvious due to water diversion to Xi'an. The main forms of the effect are resulting in great groundwater drawdown in long time and large area, causing suspended pump in gravity wells in large area, increasing pumping cost, causing the area of groundwater discharge moving to the further downriver and resulting in the change of ecological environment in this area.
