陕北地区生态环境建设与水资源合理开发利用问题研究

摘　要：在论述陕北地区自然地理、地质地貌特征基础上，分析研究了陕北地区在经济建设中突出的生态环境问题，论证了生态环境与水资源之间的关系。根据陕北地区自然地理特征，提出了生态环境建设的方向和措施，以及水资源合理开发利用的建议。

THE RESEARCH ON ECO-ENVIRONMENTAL ESTABLISHEMENT AND REASONABLE EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION OF WATER RESOURCE IN SHANBEI REGION

Abstract：On the basis of statement of the characters of natural geography and geology in Shanbei Region, this paper studiedd the vital problems of eco-environment during the building of economy in Shanbei region，analyzed the relation between eco-environment and water resource. According to the characters of natural geography in Shanbei region，this paper put forward the direction and measures about eco-environment restoration and some suggestion of reasonable exploiting and useing water resource.
